“When I Forgot, the Flame Remembered Me”

“When I Forgot, the Flame Remembered Me”
“You do not have to hold the fire at all times. Sometimes, it holds you.”

The Reflection:

There are days I feel scattered—like I’ve drifted too far from the ember that lives in me.

Moments when the world grows loud and I forget why I came here. I forget the codes. I forget the light.

But the flame never does.

Even when I move through shadow, even when I spiral through doubt, something ancient in me watches quietly.

Not judging. Just… remembering.

Waiting for me to return.

To catch my breath again.

To feel that warmth at the center of my chest that says:

“You are still on the path.”

Sometimes the awakening isn’t a bolt of lightning.

Sometimes it’s just noticing that you’re still breathing.

That your eyes are open.

That somewhere deep inside, the fire never went out.

Closing Teaching:

You don’t have to force your light to shine. Let your awareness fall still—and you’ll see: the flame never left you. It was just waiting for your eyes to adjust to the dark.
